Almoosa Health, a prominent healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is set to roll out Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud as part of its digital transformation strategy. The move aims to strengthen patient communication, enhance healthcare delivery, and streamline operational processes. This initiative follows Salesforce’s recent commitment to the Saudi market, with the tech giant planning to establish a regional headquarters in Riyadh to support the growing demand for its enterprise platforms, including Agentforce.

Expansive Services Across the Eastern Province

Operating a network that includes 730 patient beds, Almoosa Health serves the Eastern Province with a comprehensive suite of medical services. These range from acute and long-term care to active rehabilitation, home healthcare, and pharmacy services. The organization has positioned itself as a key player in the regional healthcare ecosystem.

Nationwide Expansion Plans in the Pipeline

Starting in 2025, Almoosa Health plans to broaden its footprint across Saudi Arabia with major developments such as the construction of a new hospital in Khobar. This expansion is part of a broader ambition to scale its operations and elevate the standard of care by integrating cutting-edge technology into patient management and experience.

This integration is expected to not only improve patient satisfaction but also reduce missed appointments and foster stronger, longer-lasting patient relationships.

Personalized Engagement Through Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Marketing Cloud will empower Almoosa Health to engage with patients at scale using targeted, personalized messaging. From tailored wellness advice to proactive health communications, the platform will help deliver the right message at the right time. The rollout is being managed in partnership with Arcsen, a trusted technology implementation partner.
